THIS AGREEMENT SETS FORTH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH DIPLOMAMAKERS.COM AND LUCRE UNLIMITED INC. WILL PROVIDE ITS PRINTING SERVICES. THIS AGREEMENT DESCRIBES THE USER'S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS WHEN PURCHASING FROM THIS SITE. USER MUST READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE CONDITIONS BEFORE COMPLETE THEIR PURCHASE.

 

COMPLETING A PURCHASE MEANS USER ACCEPTS ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.

  1. I the user acknowledges that I am at least 18 years of age, and release DiplomaMakers.com, Lucre Unlimited, Inc. and all of its affiliates from harm and liability.
  2. I the user understand that the product and materials sold within this site are strictly for novelty and entertainment purposes only and are not the real thing, and therefore they bear no school credit and have no educational status granted or implied. As well, I understand that no representations or warranties of any kind are made, expressed or implied, as to the operation of this site or the information, content, materials, or products included on this site.
  3. I the user have completely read through the Q&A page and fully understand what it is I am ordering before I complete my purchase.
  4. I the user understand that the items produced by DiplomaMakers.com and Lucre Unlimited, Inc. are customized items only, and therefore if I wish to cancel my order and be refunded, I must provide written notice to DiplomaMakers.com within 12 hours of the order being processed and before any work has begun. I clearly understand that all sales are final, and "no refunds" will be issued once work on the order has begun. I also understand that simply claiming the item is not "real enough" will not be cause for a refund or credit, because these are for entertainment only and cannot legally look 100% authentic.
  5. I the user understand that before returning any item to Lucre Unlimited, Inc., I must first obtain an authorized RMA. Any item returned without an authorized RMA will be assumed as undeliverable packages and held until further contact from the customer.
  6. I the user understand that the items sold within this website are not exact as items awarded by the issuing school. This also includes "replica degrees".
  7. I the user understand that by ordering a "replica degree" that DiplomaMakers.com will follow the specifications of the actual school degree, rather then optional items selected on the order form. The purpose for this, is to assure that the novetly degree is as much like the actual school degree as possible. If I do not wish the "replica degree" to look like the actual school degree, I will add a note in the comments section to make my novelty degree to my exact specifications rather then those matching the school degree.
  8. I the user understand that by ordering a "replica degree", that the replica degree only applies to the novelty degree and that the transcripts will resemble the items shown on the sample page, and not the actual school transcripts.
  9. I the user understand that the seal(s) produced by DiplomaMakers.com and applied to each degrees, are not the actual seals.
  10. I the user understand that transcripts ordered through DiplomaMakers.com will be similar in design and color as to the sample TRANS.jpg as shown on the sample page. I understand that any design modifications from this layout, will result in additional charges. I also understand that security paper used by Diploma Makers can not and will not match the actual school paper. This includes color, watermarks, background wording, logos, etc.. This applies for all designs, both in-house and custom.
  11. I the user understand that DiplomaMakers.com and the product they sell are in no way associated or affiliated with any accredited educational institution.
  12. I the user understand that each item printed by DiplomaMakers.com is strictly for novelty and entertainment purposes only and are not the real thing, therefore I understand that each item will be identified as such by the use of an adhesive label. I the user acknowledge that by completing this purchase and accepting this agreement, that I will not attempt to remove any such label.
  13. I the user understand that each seal is individually made, and in order to keep production price reduced to a minimum, gold foil seals are applied by hand, and may cause the possibility of incomplete coverage. In regards to the process used for applying these seals, there may be imperfections that can not be avoided.
  14. I the user testify to the fact that I am not accessing this material to commit any fraud or criminal activity and I will not use these items for purpose of higher education, business, employment, occupation, profession, immigration reasons, trade or public office. I also understand DiplomaMakers.com will cancel my order if I am suspected to be in violation of any of the aforementioned reasons. I understand that it is my sole responsibility to check both local and federal law before ordering from this site. I will not mischievously misrepresent my education and I understand that by completing this order, I waive any rights holding the site operator, its entity or any affiliated associations accountable for any actions brought upon myself.
  15. I the user understand that payment by check is my express authorization that returned checks may be electronically re-presented and that we may draw a check on or electronically debit your account for a return check fee of $30 or state allowed max. To revoke this authorization, or to verify or dispute any debt, call 1.800.460.0124.
  16. I the user understand that all orders paid for by personal check, bank check or money order are held until payment has been verified and deposited.
  17. I the user agree that I have carefully reviewed all of the information that I have provided on my order form and all information provided by me is completely accurate. I understand that if the contact information I provided is not correct or accurate, I take full responsibility in the fact that it will hinder communication and could result in information not being correctly relayed and/or a proof not being seen by me, and/or the possibility of receiving my order without seeing the proof, or even a delay in my shipment.
  18. I the user understand that a digital proof is emailed to me as a courtesy, and does not require my reply in order for the item to be produced and shipped. Furthermore, I understand that if I should choose to reply, I will need to review the proof and reply no later then three hours after it is sent, and that it is my sole responsibility to convey any errors or changes within that time period, and must be prior to the order shipping. I understand that if I reply after the three hour time period, and/or after the order has already shipped, that I will be charged a $25 reprint fee, plus shipping to have the order changed and resent. In the case where I have provided incorrect contact information I accept sole responsibility for any errors in my order, and agree to pay all reprint and shipping fees.
  19. I the user understand that any changes reqeusted by me after the original order has been received will be subject to a reprint fee. This includeds but is not limited to any incorrect information provided on the order form, or by giving incorrect approval of a digital proof before the order is printed. If the mistake(s) was issued by Diploma Makers, the correction will be made and no additional fees will be applied.
  20. I the user understand that actual orders, changes and order form information is only retained by Lucre Unlimited, Inc. for the duration of 30 days, and that any change requested by me must be done within 30 days of date of order. After the 30 window has lapsed a complete and new order must be placed.
  21. I the user understand the normal production time for an order is 10-12 days, however can take as long as 30 days in some cases. Additionally, I am aware that Diploma Makers is not open for business on the weekend or holidays, and that work days are only considered as Monday through Friday.
  22. I the user understand that all Priority orders are subject to regular working hours and not produced during weekends or holidays, and that orders placed late in the week will be subject to weekend delays. More clearly, Priority 1 orders placed after 3:00 P.M. PST on Thursday will not be shipped until the following Monday. Priority 1 orders placed after 3:00 P.M. PST on Friday will not be shipped until the following Tuesday. Priority 2 orders placed after 3:00 P.M. PST on Tuesday are subject to the same weekend delays.
  23. I the user agree Diploma Makers will not be liable for any lost, damaged or returned mail. I agree and understand that Diploma Makers reserves the right to perform an inquiry into any lost or reportedly lost shipment before any replacement will be issued. I understand that this can take up to 30 days from the date the shipment is report. As well, I agree and understand that any additional shipments will be sent by standard mail, unless other arrangements are made and paid for by me the customer.
  24. I the user understand that the verification service information sent by Diploma Makers is provided by an independent third party. Diploma Makers and Lucre Unlimited, Inc. have no ties or responsibilities to any of these companies.
  25. I the user understand that no representations or warranties of any kind are made, express or implied, as to the operation of this site or the information, content, materials, or products included on this site. The diploma covers and frames are both supplied by a third party and therefore Lucre Unlimited, and DiplomaMakers.com have no control over the quality or material of the product. You expressly agree that your use of this site is at your sole risk.
  26. I the user understand that to the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, Lucre Unlimited, Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Lucre Unlimited, Inc. states that no representation or warranties of any kind are made, expressed or implied, as to the operation of this site or the information, content, materials, or products included on this site (diplomamakers.com), or e-mail sent from this site.
  27. I the user understand that Lucre Unlimited, Inc, and DiplomaMakers.com has the right to cancel my order at anytime. Should my order be canceled, I understand that a full refund will be issued.
