What
guarantee comes with my order?
We examine every certificate before it is shipped out, and we are so
confident in our workmanship that if you are not happy with your
certificate or diploma in any way, simply mail it back and we will
reproduce it for FREE. It is as simple as including a note telling us
what you would like changed. However, due to the fact that these are
customized documents and cannot be resold, we do not offer refunds. If
we can not produce the document you have ordered due to a school we
can't produce, you will be notified right away and given an explanation
of the problem. As long as no work has started, we will give you an
option to make any changes to your order or have your order fully
refunded.
For our first time buyers we realize you have other choices out there
and we want your business. We know you will be so pleased and that you
will recommend us to others and this is vital to our business. We have
received many e-mails regarding other certificate sites that claim to
be the very best, but in fact have very poor workmanship, or worse they
send you nothing at all. So if you don’t choose to buy from
us please try to be careful. Be particularly cautious with sites that
don’t have an actual address, or provide you with a contact
phone number where you can actually speak to someone. If the site you
are dealing with only has a P.O. Box, then how will you find these
people if you get ripped off. Also, be very careful with sites that
only take cash payments, money orders or one the the third party payment system often used by auction sites. As you see, we are an
established, trustworthy company that has been around for several years
now accepting payment by credit card (not some company using a bait and
switch, making you think we take credit cards then making you pay
through a third party as some do). We have our own Visa and Mastercard
merchant account. We have priced our items to be all-inclusive so that
you do not have to pay more for embossing, seals or so called extras.

will I get for my money?

How
do I pay for my diploma or transcripts?
We’re trying very hard to accommodate all of our customers
the best we can. We currently accept payment by credit cards, cash, and
Western Union, as well as personal checks, cashiers check and money
orders made payable to Lucre Unlimited. The charge will appear on your
credit card as Lucre Unlimited, Inc. Please note that all cashiers
checks and money orders as well as personal checks will be held from
production until payment clears through the bank (approximately 10
working days). There is a $30.00 charge for all returned checks.

Do
you accept COD?
Yes, we will ship your order by Cash On Demand at your request, however
there is an additional fee of $12.50 due to the extra clerical work
involved. As well please know, COD deliveries could delay you receiving
your order by a couple of days. Please feel free to e-mail us for more

How
long will it take for you to ship my order?
It depends upon what you are actually ordering. In the case where it is
a simple diploma and we have everything needed on file, the production
time could be as short as 3-4 days. Most degrees and transcripts are
produced within a 8-12 days, sometimes sooner. The reason for the extra
time, is that if the order comes with a set of transcripts, we will
have to have someone research the courses that would generally go with
your type of degree, and then once this information is obtain, have it
integrated into your customized transcripts. Please keep in mind that
delivery time can be affected by the amount of recent order we are
working on, and it is always better to order in the beginning of the
week.

Can
I get my order sooner?
Our normal turn around time for production is 12 days or less. If you
are in a rush and need your order moved to the front of line, we do
offer 2 priority rush services. The first guarantees your order to be
shipped within 72 hours. The second, for those in a real rush is a 24
hours service. Your order will be produced overnight, carefully
packaged and guaranteed to ship within 24 hours. Priority orders must
be placed before 3 pm PST, Monday through Thursday otherwise production
on the order will not start until the next following working day.

How
is my order shipped?
All of our orders are securely packed and shipped either by UPS, Fedex,
or first class mail in an unmarked package with only your name and address
and our return address listed on the outside.

Do
you offer other shipping methods other than first class mail?
Yes, we also ship by FedEx overnight. The last section of the order
form, will give you options on how you want your order shipped. Please
remember that Fedex does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you are paying
for fedex shipping and have your mail delivered at a P.O. Box, we will
ship by the next available option.

Do
you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship your order most anywhere in the world.
We will have to charge you a little extra due to the cost involved with
shipping, but if you need it shipped somewhere other than Canada or USA,
we can do this for you. We are sorry however, but due to the large cost
involved with shipping our frames, we no longer ship frames outside of
North America.

Assuming
I buy a diploma, will my privacy be protected?
Yes. Privacy is of the utmost importance to
our customers and therefore to us. All of your personal information
will never be divulged, rented or otherwise. When we produce an order
for someone, we only keep the information on file for the time it takes
to ship the product and then all information is destroyed. Credit card
information (including the IP address from the computer where the item
was ordered) however does remain on record by the merchant bank. This
is a necessity in order to verify purchasers information and to prevent
credit card fraud. This does of course include proof of shipping.
